3. Prescription Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless previously arranged.

  • Cash-paying customers will always receive clear pricing up front.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications once they’ve left the pharmacy.

  • If we made a mistake (wrong medication, incorrect dosage, etc.), we’ll fix it immediately and at no cost to you.

  • OTC items may be returned unopened and unused within 7 days with receipt.


6. Use of Our Website and Online Tools

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

  • Information provided on our site is for general guidance—it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

  • You must be 18 or older to use online refill or consultation services.

  • We offer delivery, curbside pickup, and shipping within approved areas.

  • Same-day delivery may depend on time of request and availability.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the medication, especially for temperature-sensitive or controlled items.

  • Missed deliveries may be rescheduled; additional fees may apply for re-attempts in some cases.


8. Vaccination & Clinical Services

  • Vaccination services are provided by licensed professionals according to CDC and state guidelines.

  • We may require ID and consent forms before administering vaccines.

  • Some services may be subject to insurance approval or out-of-pocket costs.


9. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to provide accurate and timely service, Hometown Pharmacy is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by prescriber response times, insurance processing, or supply chain issues

  • Adverse reactions to medications outside of prescribed or labeled use
